HOCHI ASIATICO STUDIO is known for treating, painting, and embellishing contemporary clothes and beautiful period fabrics for live stage show costumes that hold up and hold color under the most demanding performance schedules.
Founded by artist/designer Hochi Asiatico in 2002, the studio provides costume designers with meticulously prepared theatrical fabrics and distressing services. We support the full design process from actualizing the concept through to the construction, tech rehearsals, and opening week. Our work has been seen on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and tours throughout the United States, Asia, and Europe.
Our studio has an inviting, creative atmosphere and is centrally located in the heart of Chelsea, across from the Fashion Institute of Technology on Seventh Avenue and just a few blocks south of the Broadway Theater District.
