HOCHI ASIATICO STUDIO initiates each designer’s project by discussing the design concept, presenting color swatches, and following up with technical samples. We offer a range of fabric-treatment approaches — hand painting, fabric manipulation, silk-screening, distressing, Devore, and color adjustment – and will work with designers until the desired results are achieved.
Our studio places a premium upon consistent execution, high quality, professionalism, and on-time delivery. We work collaboratively through the costume construction process and rehearsal period, attending run-throughs and performing all tests needed to ensure that the results on stage reflect the vision of the designer, producers, and director. Our studio is known for creative problem-solving, sensitivity to production budgets, exceptional attention to detail, with stage effect can be subtle, luxurious, or over-the-top dynamic.
We provide fabric samples based on the designer’s concept illustrations, working easily and collaboratively through the costume construction process, attending run-throughs, and conducting tests to ensure that the results on stage reflect the vision of the designer, producers, and director. For long-running shows, we assure consistency on replacement orders.
